How to get Advice and depending on the number of volunteer advisers on duty, you will be seen for approximately 15 minutes.  This is known as a gateway assessment and is used to establish how our volunteer advisers can best help you.

We may enable you to deal with your enquiry by:

The aim of this procedure is to reduce waiting times and to provide the most appropriate and efficient manner of helping you.

This system will also be used for clients telephoning for advice.

An hour is allowed for each appointment.

Please note that should you need advice at a later date you will need to use the drop in service again.
